2. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak holiday periods or store events, dispatch may take up to 4 business days. We will notify you if there are unexpected delays.

• Orders placed before 12PM AEST are prioritised for same-day processing
• Custom-made or pre-order rugs include lead times shown on the product page
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Delivery times may vary based on carrier capacity, public holidays, and customs processing. We will keep you updated if we learn of service disruptions that affect your order.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer competitive flat-rate shipping across Australia and international destinations. Final shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your selected rug.

• Regional and remote deliveries may include a surcharge to cover specialist handling
• International orders include carrier freight charges only; duties and taxes are paid by the recipient

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your rug ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours. If tracking information has not appeared after 48 hours, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

We monitor deliveries proactively and will notify you if a delay occurs. Our team can also coordinate delivery date changes on your behalf when possible.

6. Delivery Requirements

Rugs are packaged securely and may require assistance upon delivery depending on size. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the expected delivery window.

• Signatures are required for all deliveries to confirm receipt
• White glove delivery is available in select metro areas for an additional fee
• Missed deliveries may incur re-delivery charges from the carrier

If you anticipate access restrictions (e.g. elevators, gated communities, construction sites), please notify us so we can plan accordingly with the carrier.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

We take every precaution when packaging your rug, but if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the packaging and rug so we can lodge a claim with the carrier promptly.

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund according to your preference.

8. International Shipping

We ship internationally to New Zealand, Asia-Pacific, North America, and Europe. International customers are responsible for local customs duties, taxes, and import clearance fees.
