3. Payment Processing
3.1 Authorization
When you place an order, we will authorize your payment method for the full amount of your purchase. The authorization holds the funds but does not charge your account until your order is processed and shipped.
3.2 Processing Timeline
- Payment authorization occurs immediately upon order placement
- Actual charges are processed when your order ships
- For custom orders, payment is processed upon order confirmation
- Pre-orders may require full payment at the time of ordering
3.3 Failed Payments
If your payment fails, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Orders with failed payments may be cancelled after 48 hours if the issue cannot be resolved.
4. Currency and Pricing
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
