If your rug is subjected to partial damage, please approach us with photos and full description of the damage. We will make an assessment and get back to you with costs and timeframe to fix the damage and restore the rug's original condition.
How do we do it? The damaged part can be remade again where the rug is put back on the loom and the damaged part is restructured using the exact same materials used to make the rug in the first instance. The costs and time to restore the rug depends on both the size and nature of damage.

To care for your handmade rug, vacuum it weekly using a low-suction setting with the brush off and always moving with the direction of the pile. Spot clean spills immediately by blotting.
Rotate the rug every six months to ensure even wear and to prevent sun fading, and seek professional cleaning every few years as needed. Avoid folding your rug when storing it; instead, roll it tightly from the short end and keep it in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
